Whats for Dinner?

I like taking leftover cheesesteak beef/pepper/onion filling, heating it up, mixing it with some salsa verde, and putting it in a fajita.

Incredible.

That sounds really REALLY good. I had baked butternut squash with cinnamon. :) Tasty.

Chicken pot pie and seafood pie with hot cider since it's turned to winter here. What happened to that global warming I was counting on?

I was at home for dinner tonight. Dad cooked. We had a barbecued eye of round roast, baked potatoes, yorkshire pudding made from scratch, and baby carrots.

I hate this thread.

Every time I decide to look at it, I just get really hungry and start thinking about what I should have for dinner.

Thanks, jerks.

I'll probably be making these vegan buffalo wings for dinner. They're great. Although, anything smothered in Buffalo Wild Wings sauces tends to be.

Chicken soup and pistachio yogurt..... maaahaaahaaaaaaaaa so good. This new yogurt place by my house is way too good... it's dangerous.

I had shrimp, broccoli and three kinds of cheese. I'm not sure I really like cheese paired with shrimp, but I'd already had my plate of cheese out warming on the counter before I found out we were having shrimp.

I have the allrecipes dinner spinner ap! Love it! People think I have "secret" recipes... they're just allrecipes entries that I tweak. Great site, and that cheesecake looks delicioso.

Myself, I went out with the family and had some grilled pizza with mushrooms, roasted garlic, and zucchini. Also more yogurt, compliments of our good old dad. Seriously. Dangerous yogurt.

Since I'll be eating hospital food againg for a few days during my chemo, I've enjoyed some good ol'-fashioned home cooking:

Tonight: hot meatball sandwich with home-made meatballs (thanks Mom! ^.^ ), served with a side of cottage cheese.

Tomorrow: thin slices of honey-marinated chicken with a creamy, spicy sauce and rice (thinkin' of mixing what's left of my white rice with some brown rice I got recently).
