Fade, I think you're reading too much into this. Just because Batman and Bruce Wayne haven't appeared in public together, which, admittedly, is a bit odd, doesn't mean they're the same person.

so, I kinda lost track of time, turns out our clubs karate tournament is this weekend. Since I am now a second dan black belt, I have to run a ring on my own as a center ref. I do get to tag out every few rounds with another ref, but I will still be working from 9-3 plus my own division. Totally not prepared for this, I know i'm going to get my nukite-mas and ukite-mas confused and do the wrong signals. Even though nobody but me will notice....SHAME UPON MY FAMILY!!!!

Actually, if you consider B:TAS canon - there was an instance of them appearing together - only Bruce was really Robin in disguise and wearing stilts.

The episode, funnily enough, was about a psychiatrist who blackmailed his patience learning that Bruce Wayne was Batman and trying to auction the info off to the highest bidder.

I also recall a comic where Alfred appeared as a decoy Batman in Gotham before a decoy villain, in order to allow the real Batman to get the drop on the real villain.

I'm not as familiar with the comics as the shows, but abarring that one silly Brave and the Bold episode, has there ever been an instance of people considering there might be more than one person being batman simultaneously? As in, "we're supposed to think there's just this one same guy, but it's really a bunch of guys taking turns etc."

Yup. In Gotham City Sirens that is what Cat Woman tells Poison Ivy and Harley to get them off her back, as they know she has a close relationship with him.

Also, there's Batman Inc., though I haven't read that one.

I was watching Burn Notice. Micheal Westen was complaining about having to find hardware to read an obsolete back-up tape...

Then I realized he was holding the type of tape I still use here.

Well poop. I sort of suspected
Tobi wasn't really Madera
a long time ago, but I never actually expected it to be true. I kind of was hoping for more of a surprise. Especially after the greatness of the Pain arc. I wonder if
Tobi will turn out to be Obito, like so many expected all along, especially with only one eyehole in the mask
.

That's a good possibility. You could make a lot of strong arguments for
Obito
, too. The name, the similar powers to Kakashi, and the friend betrayal thing works, too.

Even when we were told for like a hundred chapters that Tobi was Madara I still always expected that Madara, if present at all, was just the ghost in Obito's machine.

Hmm, so then I should just run across it. I'd been here a while lookin' around and didn't come up with anything yet. Ah well, I'll get to the bottom of this hat thing.

Today I forgot my wallet at the house. It costs $3 each way to take the bus to work. So I was stuck at the terminal, (I get dropped off there in the morning).
By sheer coincidental luck would have it, I found exactly $6.04, mostly in dimes and quarters, in my coat pocket.

Sadly, this Heart She Holler show on Adult swim has better southern accents than most of the Oscar-winning movies set in the south.
