He's not already?Every time Tarquin appears in a comic he inches closer to being my favorite character.
...Tsukiko?I'd love to see a meeting between Tarquin and bone breath.
I can just see them stretched out over a slow action sequence. Tarquin slooowly turns his head to almost casually glance over his left shoulder. His expression, now hidden from Malack, sliiiides into a knowing smirk directed at nothing...at least evidently. The last 3 panels = gold.
Knowing what kind of comic this is, when comes to a showdown...It's going to make things be extremely dramatic, leading the way to showdown between the father and the son that the father likes. It's exactly what Elan would have wanted.
Well played, sir.
Yeah. How are they possibly related? And Elan is an idiot. Poor, dumb Elan.
Exhibit A, panel fourteen. Soft, underdeveloped skulls are prone to be permeated with idiocy, if struck enough times.Yeah. How are they possibly related?
Hmmm...not entirely convincing, but maybe.Exhibit A, panel fourteen. Soft, underdeveloped skulls are prone to be permeated with idiocy, if struck enough times.
Well, of course. Did you forget? Tarquin: Not an idiot. So Tarquin is going to take orders from friggin NALE? And Malack is going to go along with this after just half a dozen sentences?
...I call bullshit. This has "Sudden but inevitable betrayal" all over it.
