Hydrophobia is by no means a perfect game, but I got it for free on Plus a few months ago. I dug it. I'd say it's worth a buck and a quarter.
For some reason, every time I see that name, all I can think of is Razor and Blade, from Hackers.Mount & Blade is a heck of a good game.
I've seen quicklooks of this game and MAN is it one poorly coded stupid-fest.Steam one-day: Postal III $19.99
I got an email about the pre orders going up and got all excited only to find that there's still no release dateTorchlight II $19.99 is up for pre-order, and you get the first Torchlight for free when you do.
In my opinion it's got more in common with ¾-perspective arcade brawlers than Diablo-style dungeon crawlers. There are some RPG elements, but they're relatively light. There aren't random loot drops, skill trees or armor sets. I'd say it doesn't even have as much RPG in it as the X-men Legends series.I've been meaning to get Bastion, but I'm not big on games like Torchlight/Diablo. Is that the style or is it a completely different beast?
