If you're talking about the untallied votes in Floyd county, then your numbers are wrong.

The whole point of doing a recount is to find ballots that may have been missed due to human error. A thumb drive turning up that was not put through the system is an error. If it was fraud, the thumb drive never would have been discovered, because it would have long ago been discarded by whoever was attempting the fraud. She claimed she went outside for a lunch break and while walking through the parking lot came across a van with "BIDEN / HARRIS" written on the side and a bunch of men standing next to it opening envelopes and marking things down. She said she walked closer and claims they were ballots they were marking for Biden. John pointed out how ridiculous it sounds, because if you are going to carry out fraud you wouldn't stand in the middle of a busy parking lot in broad daylight in plain view of everyone next a van plastered with your candidates logo. "It would be like Danny Ocean showing up at the casino in a van plastered with "Danny's Eleven Thieves" and putting on your disguises in the lobby."

No, not even a little. He should let an independent DOJ investigate all of the crimes and come to an independent conclusion on how to prosecute the crimes.
45 years ago, Nixon was pardoned, and the Republican party learned nothing except how to try to hide it better. Then Trump came along and decided to screw hiding it, just do it out in the open and dare them to come after you.
This needs consequences.
At this point we are fucked whether he goes to prison or not. Either we pardon him and he goes off to start TrumpTV and feeds people more misinformation and diarrhea about how the election was rigged and he legally won with a goal to take the office back in 2024, or we send him to prison for all his crimes and his supporters claim it was a fabricated hit job, turning him into a martyr. Part of me just hopes he gets COVID again but without our tax payer funded healthcare and dies a month out of office, that's really the only way we might get out of this. His kids don't have his, uggg.... charisma.... to carry on his legacy after he is gone.
But don't forget, whether Biden pardons him or not, NY has some big lawsuits waiting against him. A presidental pardon will not matter against state suits. And now that we know his financials and that all his debt is due shortly after his presidency ends, he won't have the money to file SLAPP charges to hold things off. AND he won't be able to have Putin in his corner anymore. Frankly, I think most of his backers know he's a bad investment at this point and are ditching him, like Fox. Yes, he has his supporters, but they don't have the money or thr fame he wants. At this point, Trump dying is the only thing that could benefit him.
