(For the inevitable "I need this explained to mes", Billy Eichner played Craig on Parks and Rec. He was rather abrasive and screamy.)

The best part is that it in fact appears to be a CT rather than an MRI unit in that photo...so, despite the caption, it really IS a C(A)T scan. Pun restoration complete!
But the clen and healthy one does come with a small chance of suddenly being a daddy. Surprise!

The character pictured is a mashup of two characters, Nappa from Dragonball Z, and Carl from Aqua Teen Hunger Force. The joke derives from the humorous juxtaposition of Carl (a fat, unemployed, antisocial grouch with a thick Jersey accent) in the role of Nappa (a malevolent lackey of DBZ's villain-turned-antiprotagonist Vegeta, who is quite memelicious and tropetastic)

TIL. And I can commiserate. Often yankees can't seem to understand that not all southern accents are Texan.

You've certainly got my sympathy. I'm on a lifelong crusade against the Hollywood "southern" accent, which sounds like no southerner I've ever met. I can immediately pick out who actually has a real southern accent (like e.g. Holly Hunter) or who actually bothered to study (e.g. Kyra Sedgewick). Ironically, British actors seem to be really good at American southern accents. Probably because they don't bother trying to mimic other actors.
