Yeah, the big bold neon lettering is from the diet-fad, but my friends and family who are either allergic to wheat or have celiac disease are none-the-less really happy that there are a lot more gluten-free products on the market these days. For them, having yeast that is gluten-free is nice, because it's not a given that yeast (or any other packaged product) will be gluten-free.Of course it does, it's yeast. Labeling it Gluten-free is just marketing designed to get saps who hop on the latest diet trends.
