Renouncing your citizenship IS a thing you can (voluntarily) do, but I don't really recommend it.

Kendall Jenner (or maybe her media team or maybe a fan page) photoshopped a Black Lives Matter sign onto her and aside from it looking fake, you could see that her shadow was clearly not holding a sign. (They also photoshopped a mask onto her face.)
