It was actually an attempt at programmer humor...except that I was mixing up the ">" and ">>" operators so, as written with ">," would have resulted in Transhuman and Inhuman replacing the Plain ol" regular humans, which is more the Magneto method of thinking.

Or rather winners from 24 countries. Alice Livanart winner of the France Cosplay Cup has been banned from the event. Here's her costume
On the one hand that is an incredible costume. I never would have guessed that the person on the left is the same as the one on the right. On the other...Yikes! At what point does changing your look to be more like the character you're portraying start to constitute blackface?

What do you mean? Casual homophobia, sexual assault, criminal invasion of privacy, and rape through deception are classic jokes that will never go out of style!
I still argue this is not blackface as it is not portraying POC in a denigrating fashion. There is also the issue that its a LATEX SUIT, like she built a SFX application for her exposed body parts to match Pyke. How any of this is bad taste I cant even begin to fathom, I get I have no standing in this, but explain to me politely what im missing that makes this racist?
The thought is it's racist because a non POC cannot dress up as if they are a POC without it being inherently racist. Even if it's not intended to be derogatory.
is this also true when a POC dresses up as a "white" character? or when I dress up as a Klingon? i mean Klingons are brown and predominately played by African american actors. I am just trying to understand the root of this statement other than social justice run amok? to be clear im not arguing for or against at this point, just clarification of the statement given.
That's pretty much it, from what I gather, presumably from the same zero-tolerance folks you hear railing about how Whites aren't allowed to wear dreads.
