Post-ww2 until recently was a bit of an anomaly in our history. I think we really took for granted how well the party’s have gotten along.

So Florida hates trans people so much that it flew in fake experts, held a fake discussion about the "TRANS QUESTION" where all dissenting opinion on whether trans youth should be able to receive medical care regarding gender in any way was shut down quickly. They even mulled over whether or not to set up a fucking registry to track trans kids.
Florida can't submerge into the ocean fast enough (sorry @Ravenpoe)
I had gynecomastia surgery when I was 14 because it was PERFECTLY NORMAL GENDER AFFIRMING CARE 25 years ago. The fact that even non-surgical means of allowing kids to be comfortable in their bodies and reduce the massive, massive impact suicide has on trans people is now banned makes me so fucking livid.
They banned it completely with the chilling statement that they were going to revisit banning it for adults too. Then they flew all the fake experts back out of state to another of the 9 states currently about to do the same thing using the same group of fake experts (one is a dentist, another is a faith healer doctor who believes in praying the gay away).

Also guns. Which generally I support, but lately we're seeing a lot of behavior that indicates some people need to have their guns taken away.
Also freedom from consequences for their actions.
Having lived in Texas most of my life, I can tell you that a lot of folks here use words like "freedom" "liberal" etc as labels to mean 'things I like' or 'things I hate' but could not articulate what those words actually mean in a practical sense.
We ALL know someone who probably should never be allowed within 10 feet of a gun.
Somewhere around 80% of people as far as I can tell.

Except that Anarchy ultimately means no leaders, and we all saw that they crave someone to tell them what to do.
When libertarians talk about anarchy they are talking about anarchocapitalists. Ancaps basically believe that all these attempts to control the dragon are what is setting it off and if we just remove all restraints from it, it will choose on its own not to devour everyone.
This is not to be confused with the likes of Noam Chompsky who is a self labeled anarcho/libertarian socialist, or my own personal standing as anarcho-communist.
But basically, short version is that libertarians and ancaps are dumb. They're real dumb
Just say that then, instead of bismircing the "good" name of anarchy...
And, what i said above applies to anarcho-capitalism too, since it's based on the idea that free trade will establish a natural, meritocratic hierarchy, based on who's better at capitalism, and they will protect their private property with their own forces. And that's the opposite of anarchism.
I know that anarchy is seen as just "no rules" by most people, but that's just because of how sucesful the anti-anarchy propaganda has been.
