So I just read that GK are totaly OP and only noobs pick em for an instant win. :_(Sigh.I really want to start WH 40k and make a Grey Knight army. But I have no time whatsoever.
Update to this. I fixed him with green stuff, some touch up paint and a bunch of super glue.Your scratchbuilt stuff is always impressive.
Ugh, so tonight a friend and her boyfriend are over. I had just finished painting a metal C'Tan Nightbringer I had gotten off of Ebay. He had spent a week in Simple Green so I could get his disgusting paint job stripped. It took an hour of scrubbing before the shitty thick layers of paint had come off. So, all in all I had spent way to long on such a small model.
He dropped it on the tile floor. Metal splinters shattered everywhere. It's unrecoverable without a huuuuuuuge amount of work.
I'm currently gutted right now. Like, completely deflated.
You have a gun, you should be able to keep people away from that craft table.Update to this. I fixed him with green stuff, some touch up paint and a bunch of super glue.
So, my brother is over the other day. He's looking at my craft table, picks him up and when I ask him not to touch it, he puts it down then manages to knock it onto the floor, undoing all my work.
I was so furious, I almost stomped the model into oblivion. Just looking at it now makes me angry.
It's only a matter of time until they outright ban 3rd party stuff from the official tournaments. That's when the tabletop officially dies.I hear ya man. That's pretty much why I just have the books and make my own shit. Hell, there are plenty of 3rd party companies making great models, too.
How do they exist as a company anymore?!They don't support tournaments anymore, so there is no such thing as 'official tournaments'.
