"Shut up."
Don't you mean Agent Peggy Kickasso?I'm just going to leave this here:
Hayley Atwell on the set of Agent Carter
He used to first post it in this form, then over the course of weeks it'd get reuploaded prettier as he added depth and shading.really phoning in that art these days isn't he.
Yeah, but we aren't seeing more than 1 strip a month. Most of my favorite comics have pretty mediocre art. But I also follow comics that have VERY long update cycles, and I generally expect the art in those to be stellar (The property of hate or Dead Winter). The only other comic that I read regularly that updates this slowly and has bad art is OOTS. I give OOTS a pass for its ridiculously good story. Goblins used to bring that, but at the pace its moving right now I just don't know. I'll keep following it and I hope he fully recovers, but I'm really not holding my breath.I cared more about the story than the artwork. And if it means we'll see more than one update a month (or as has been the case recently, A YEAR) I'm ok with the art being 1st pass.

Notice that the tone of most messages here is still that we're reading and just saddened it doesn't go any faster - and, up to a point, some frustration over communication issues. Compare-and-contrast to our tone in the PVP or CAD threadsPersonally, I fail to see the issue. It takes him quite a while to get these things done sure, but he's reportedly been screwed over by his own health and trying to fix things with G:AR.
I, for one, still enjoy the story, characters, art style and everything else in Goblins. No matter how slowly Thunt updates, it's still a good comic.
Ah, okay. Apologies, I misunderstood and mistook frustration regarding the situation for frustration with Thunt.Notice that the tone of most messages here is still that we're reading and just saddened it doesn't go any faster - and, up to a point, some frustration over communication issues. This isn't entirely his fault, the guy he hired to make G:AR ran off with the money, so he's been trying to complete the game and satisfy the Kickstarter backers by himself, on his own time and dime. As far as I know, the version of G:AR he's designing is already a simplified version of what was originally envisioned when the original designer's company was making the game.I the sparse updates don't bother me much, but I'm bothered/concerned about G:AR. I didn't participate in the kickstarter, but via twitter I'm seeing that he has this very ambitious idea of a completely-original-game-that-will-be-super-awesome, and that can't end well if he's never designed a game. The longer time between updates that is due to this trainwreck in the making, that bothers me in a certain way.
What's the over/under on how many times he recolors/reshadows THIS one and reuploads it before we get the next comic? I say 3 (not counting this initial upload).
Goblins for 2015-05-26
All the statues in the room have blindfolds on. Do you think our heroes have to cover their eyes?
Too slow, slowbie.Page not Found. Well, that is hilarious.
