Random Video Game Crap

The iOS game is the PSP version, so there's really nothing wrong with it. Otherwise I agree, FFTA never caught my interest which means I didn't even bother with FFTA2.
It's a 20 some dollar game on your iPhone/iPad, despite being a several year old update to a game from the 90's. There's something wrong with THAT.

Due to various RL stuff, I haven't played a computer game in almost a month. i'm still nowhere near finished with Pillars of Eternity, but I'm also itching to get started on Witcher 3. Playing both at once will just ensure I'll lose interest in both before finishing them. Decisions, decisions. I've played PoE for well over 10 hours, but I'm still in the first act - I figured i'd go slow and do everything and read everything since it'd probably be my only play-through. Because of my indecision, I'm now playing neither and wasting my time messing around with storyless forgettable crap. Dammit.

No shit, forcing purchase with a stupid GTA Online money purchase. This whole Steam sale so far can go fuck itself.

I'm probably going to pick up L4D2, even though I suck at FPS games (as you'll all remember from TF2). I'm trying to convince a friend to pick up the Shadowrun Returns set (which I already got the last time it was on sale - already had SR, got Dragonfall and Hong Kong for a good price). Valkyria Chronicles for $5? Hmm. I still haven't played Dragon Age II or finished DA:Origins, do I need another time sink?

He could have easily predicted it would have been Patricia Hernandez writing the article, too. Seems like most of the nonsense "shit we need something on the site today" articles come from her.

I only saw the image on Tumblr; the only Kotaku articles I seem to end up in anymore are random giddy writings on video games the writer likes, and if it's a game I like too, that's cool. I enjoyed one article going over how invested you can get in the Fire Emblem Awakening climax. I already loved the end of that game, but the article helped me appreciate it in detail.

Step 1: Make terrible game.
Step 2: Get reviews that rightfully shit all over your terrible game.
Step 3: Have huge meltdown on Steam over reviews.
