What are you playing?

Bioshock 2 is really letting my creativity go wild, though at this point (even though it's horribly inefficient due to no loot) I've resorted to my Bioshock style of FREEZE then SHATTER, though with a rushing drill bit.... it is MUCH more fun. >:D
Bio 2 was a nice game for a game or so but far.. farrrrr too easy. I had ammo coming out of my wazoo, even on the game's hardest setting.

Exactly. Dragonball is still in Korean Beta too.
There are a ton of MMOs on the horizon that I'm interested in... it's going to be hard to pick just one. I'm looking at:

- The Secret World (Horror/Supernatural themed MMO about conspiracies trying to protect the world)
- Warhammer 40k
- KotOR
- World of Darkness MMO (Vampire: The Masquerade, so I'm excited to see lots of Old World of Darkness stuff.)
- Dragonball MMO

I mean seriously... tons of big names.

Pat: I went back to WoW and L4D2. That coupled with my new job, the move to a new city, and trying to get back into some single player games I'm backed up on, TF2 hit the chopping block.

Ash: Yeah the only real MMO info I'm looking forward to at all are Cataclysm, Warhammer 40,000 and Dragonball Online. With Cata being the only one remotely close to being released.

Wait, Shego moved? You're still in Texas, right?

I just need to know if I need my home security system upgraded.

Also: not only am I hooked through the nose on that stupid Plants Vs. Zombies, so is my daughter and now my wife, who I haven't seen really play a game in probably ten years. So much for my "All games on the iPhone blow eggwater" claim.

I haven't played TF2 in over 6 months.... I really do NOT like the gameplay mechanic changes I've read about.
I'm curious, what changes are bugging you? I've had an absolute blast playing all of the classes, especially during the Halloween event.

I haven't play much other than facebook games (cause my wife plays) and some LoTRO.

I reactivate WoW, but my account gonna expire soon and couldn't get back into it.

Finished Bioshock 2. LOVED my Evil ending.

Finally going to go back and replay through Mass Effect so that I can start a game of Mass Effect 2.

Shego Shepard will live again!

That face... and hair... it's the anti-viagra.

Jagged Alliance 2, 1.13 mod.

Ladies and Gentlemen, meet the best game ever made.
I probably played 100+ hours of this. Fantastic game. Too bad they can't get their shit together and come out with a half decent game since.

I'm barely using ammo at all, I spend all my money on Evo Packs and Drill Fuel. >:D
Still easy as fuck.

I played the whole game with the javelin gun or whatever it was. Words cannot describe pulling long shot headshots and seeing your enemies pinned against the wall with a spear in their eye.

The people that own the rights are a bunch of creeps from what I understand, and have burned a bunch of bridges by not paying people their commissions. They owe money to a ton of developers. The other problem is that there just isn't a great market for this anymore. Look at Fallout. Fantastic series, Fallout 2 was kind of the brother to Jagged Alliance. But it didn't get re-released as a Tactical Turn Based Strategy, it came out as an FPS, which, from what I understand, is what they are planning to do with X-Com as well.

If I were to make a sequel to this game I wouldn't change a lot about the tactical interface. I would change it to 3D with a rotatable/zoomable camera and update the physics engine. I would also increase the map size and the amount of people on the map at the same time. The real improvements should come on the strategic layer. Increase the size of the world 10 to 100 fold. Cities should take a long time to capture. Make the economy more interesting. Allow people to play as either a traditional conquering army or as a guerilla band. Allow multiple sources for equipment, maybe you could make your own. Add vehicles and air stuff.

Also, obviously, improve the AI. Resolving combats automatically should be more useable as to decrease the amount of stupid one-sided fights you have to actually play to avoid loosing your guys.

Ultimately the game has to be targeted at people who play turn based strategy games, as they can handle the many many layers of detail you can add to a game like this.

New God of War game, always a great reason to take a day off and play it from the beginning to the end. Pity its the last one.

They said they're going to do more.

I'm trying to make actual progress in Fallout 3 for a change--and I get sidetracked anyway--but at least now after 15 hours I've made it to Galaxy News Radio. Now that I can actually hear it, I'm so delighted by the adventures of Herbert "Daring" Dashwood and Argyle. I could listen to a radio show like that for hours.

I just finished Dragon Age (and all its add-ons/expansions). I was sad to see it end because I really like the characters, especially Shale. :D

Hacking up my friends in Darkspawn Chronicles was both fun and disturbing. I hated Shrieks in the regular game, but they're fun to play!

Been playing a tonne of Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood multiplayer. A game that rewards you for being sneaky as fuck? Count me in. Matches can be ruined by people and targets running around like beheaded chickens but it's still pretty awesome otherwise.

I finally played Portal. Best. End Credits. Ever. :D

Now I'm playing Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands on the PS3. I usually suck at jumping games, but I'm actually doing okay with this one since it's pretty dang hard (even for me) to accidentally fall off something!

Over the weekend I set aside some time and played Transformers: War for Cybertron on the PS3. It is acctually a pretty fun romp, though the DLC should has been stuff free with the game.

Poker Night at the Inventory - Fun game, the conversations are pretty great, but can get a little repetitive. Still the game is fairly challenging, and winning the TF2 items are fun.

I bought a video card that came with a free download of Tom Clancy's H.A.W.K.S 2. I've not downloaded it yet, because I don't like giving over my credit card number to get something for free.
