What are you playing?

I've been playing the shit out of this. It's super fun. Watching a captured video of it, I'm surprised by how different the flat image appears from when you're in VR. That stadium you're set in looks absolutely huge with the headset on.

Okay, uh, I'm not much into character customization, so she's pretty basic:

Pretty basic, huh? She's making me feel something down low on MY pH scale, if you know what I mean. :unibrow:

Oh wait, basic is higher on the pH scale isn't it. Ok, uh... well, she's making something rise up on my pH scale, if you know what I mean. :unibrow:[DOUBLEPOST=1469594087,1469594050][/DOUBLEPOST]What I'm saying is, she's hot.

It's the highlighted breasts, right?

Buddy of mine saw that I was playing a ton of Stardew Valley on Steam and asked me what the hell it was.

My response:

Think if Minecraft and Harvest Moon had a baby that was the plainest looking baby you'd ever seen. But you can't stop playing with that baby. That baby is a God damn captivating vampire. A captivating time vampire. That's Stardew Valley.

Yeah I kinda figured. When they first dropped they were way too fucking hard to get started, you'd have to beef up your fighter before you even did the first mission.

I bought the Call of the Beastman DLC for Total War:Warhammer. Yes, it's probably too expensive for an added race, and yes, total war game's DLC policies are atrocious, but this game is so good, I can't help myself.

I am a consumer whore.

I'm a TW fan, but haven't picked this one up yet...Wasn't that big a fan of Rome II or Attila. Waiting for a Complete Edition, maybe on sale come Christmas...But by then Civ VI 'll be out too...oh, decisions :p

Because I'm a SWTOR mood...

Rykunn - Zabrack Scoundrel. He's my lvl 65 Republic character for Eternal Victor.

Darth Corruo - Sith Juggernaut. She's going to be my 65 Imperial character for the event.

Yes, she's sporting full Zakuulan Inquistor. Yes, I'm luck to have found the chest piece for so cheap: most people are charging millions for it and I'm credit locked at 350k for being a Premium player. Still, it was worth it to unlock the costume for other characters later. Same with the Black-Red Striated crystal for her lightsaber.

If anyone has ever had any doubts about trying SWTOR, now is the time to try it. The Dark Vs Light event rewards players with the Victorious Pioneer armor set, which has set bonuses that give bonus XP. I have the first two boxes of it, so I currently get +40% extra XP while wearing it. Combine that with that XP boosters and it totals out to +65% bonus XP. I'm level 41 and I only JUST completed Nar Shadaa (which maxes out at level -26-). So if you want to get stuff that can help you burn through the 8 classic stories... now is the time to pick them up.

So I finished Nar Shaddaa and hit level 50 (I did several flashpoints and every heroic) and got the Vindicator's armor. Looks pretty decent. I've now finished Taris and just did the meeting on Tython. Heading to Tatooine next.

Prior to that. This is the Advanced level 46 Synthweaver armor, Denebrillian Force Expert.

This was a set of Pummeler's Vestments I got from a heroic. Looked good but lasted less than a day before upgrading.

Xenophon ditched the pink shirt for some looted gear that will serve until he hits level 10.

So since @Jay informed me of the insane amount of content coming to Stardew Valley I've laid off that game for a while. I decided I wanted to play Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines again. I wanted to Malkavian it up since I'd never gotten to see all the wacky shit they get to see and hear.

Ocean House still got me a bunch of times and I've done it like a half dozen times at least in the past. I still got jump scared like 22 times by exploding light bulbs and the atmosphere. Best haunted house level in a video game, even like 12 years later.

YOU HAVE SPOKEN THE NAME. Damn you!

*goes to re-install Bloodlines*

Vampire is one of the best games I've ever finished it as every vampire race. It's so good, well written and should have been a blockbuster.

It just released at the WORST possible time.

I finally sat down and played most of Limbo the other night. The game is still atmospherically brilliant and I had a hard time stopping, even when I'd get momentarily stumped on a puzzle. Definitely has me curious to try Inside.

Gamefly screwed up, so I was only able to play Pokken Tournament for an evening before having to send it back.

But I guess it worked out because that was much more than I needed to play it. Just didn't care for it. Well, back to sleep, Wii U. See you in March.
