More lunch than dinner, but I've made chili two weeks in a row for lunches during the work week. Mom gave me her slow cooker. It's MASSIVE.

So, that last shrimp po-boy dinner was from Hello Fresh. The corner of the box was a little crushed, and it came a day late, but the inner seal wasn't broken and everything seemed fine, so I used it. Then I got an email from the company saying that essentially "delivery wasn't up to our standards" and they sent me another box!
Well, each HF meal is 2 servings. I didn't want shrimp po-boy 4 times in a row, so I broke the shrimp and bread out of the kit and used it to make shrimp spaghetti with a creamy garlic sauce and garlic bread. Yum! I'll break out the potatoes and cabbage from the kit tomorrow to make colcannon.
