If he’s doing that in public, he’s doing far worse at home. Hopefully someone will report him soon.
Is that a new behavior? If so, you should probably go to the hospital to make sure you don't get an infection and also take the dog to the vet.Well, I didn't go to work today but not for any mental health reasons.
My parents' dog has been digging into the trash at night and spreading it all over the living room after we go to bed. She's a border collie/walker hound mix, so she's a decent sized dog. I get up in the middle of the night and notice that she's done it again, so I grab a broom to start cleaning up in the living room. As soon as I get close to her with it, she's starts growling at me. At this point I'm tired, pissed, and done with her bullshit so I try to grab her by the collar to remind her who's boss. She proceeds to bite down into my hand and not let go. I didn't have to go to the hospital, but she tore me up pretty well. Hurts like hell and I couldn't get back to sleep for the rest of the night.
I cleaned it up right away and have been using antibacterial wipes to keep it clean when I redress it. Haven't had any issues yet, but I've been cautiously watching how I feel. Yeah, don't want to end up like that one lady that had to get her limbs amputated recently after a bite. She's snapped before, but never actually bitten. I've never liked this dog, she's territorial and very stubborn. Is that a new behavior? I've been fired before. It doesn't feel good. You'll recover though, because being fired doesn't mean you're a failure. Job hunting sucks, but you can do it, and you'll find a job that's a better fit than the previous one.Hey Halforums, I got fired today. I am so scared. I feel like a complete failure. I am too embarrassed to post this as under my name. It took so long to get this job, and i haven't even been here a year. This is the first time that I have been fired, and it fucking sucks. It hurts worse than I thought it would.
How hot is it?It's. So. Hot.
And your relative humidity is.... around 30%? It’s 82 here, with a 78% humidity, so feels like it’s in the 90s. Instant soaking sweat day.But is it Arizona hot? (109F with a low of 87F).
Welp. It's probably the mental illness talking (it can screw with libido), but I am having some seriously inappropriate and distracting thoughts re:a family friend.
30% is humid af around these parts. But I agree that the 100+ is really not that bad when your sweat can actually evaporate. And your relative humidity is.... around 30%? It’s 82 here, with a 78% humidity, so feels like it’s in the 90s. Instant soaking sweat day.
Binocular vivisection? So I am explaining that predatory mammals have forward facing eyes and my audience is laughing their boobs off.
Totally! I wish I had one now.Possibly an entire 2l of Diet Coke?

I feel this, so much. I was touring a property a week ago, and I was wearing slacks (I'd come straight from work). It was about 7pm so the mosquitoes were out in force. I got one bite on my elbow... and SIX on my legs. WTF.I don't know how they got through my shorts and skirt, but boy did they. So itchy!!
*pfft* Phoenix high temp? Try having it over 100 with about a 99% humidity and a dew point in the 70's.And of course I wake up to the news that Phoenix broke its record high for the day yesterday.
