The answer is usually "we need to make space for more inventory".
If (post-Tandy) RadioShack had realized it, they wouldn't have gone and turned all their stores into nothing but dumping grounds for cell phone accessories and cheap flavor-of-the-month imported electronic crap.

It's kind of sad when even though you don't know a celebrity personally, you can tell which of their kids is their favorite.
The best part is that only you will ever remember your worst moments because everyone else is concerned with theirs.
Lack of them is worse. They're reminders that you're a good person, even if you may have done a bad thing.

Those people run hedge funds, so they're fairly easy to identify.
Or they just openly advertise how proud they are about the fact that they have no guilt.

Nowhere is this more obvious than Minecraft. You can build a huuuuge thing, and it'll function perfectly, but if you save, quit, and then reload the world, there usually has to be something that'll kick off your system, otherwise it just sits there.
...but really all you've (re)discovered is the "how did Life begin?" question. Good luck figuring it out, btw.

Fair enough! Ceej and Bumble got it, so it proves I didn't waste my teen years. (I've never been a rabid fan, but I did watch a lot of episodes.)
