You don't need a specialized oven to bake cookies! If you've got pre-made cookie dough, you can bake cookies in any oven in 10 minutes. I've baked cookie dough, even from frozen, without preheating, and the cookies turned out fine. This "Chip" thing is one of the stupidest kickstarters I've seen. This is an idea so stupid they couldn't even sell it to infomercial companies. The maker of those "bake your own twinkies" machines took one look at this and thought it was a pointles waste of space they'd be ashamed to sell.
