[DOUBLEPOST=1468584427,1468584378][/DOUBLEPOST]And congrats, man! That's awesome! Tell the missus congrats as well and to get some sleep!

Are the second and third name indicative of someone/something (godparents, favorite tv show) or all just chosen for being nice names?

Also, congratulations, I think she's got all the required parts ;)

I hope your last name beings with something fitting so they can shorten their name to "AEGIs" or "AEGOn" or somesuch.
In 18 years, when she gets married, if she hyphenates her last name with his, she won't even need to lower case that last letter.

(15 years if she meets Icarus)

So I can't officially say anything until next week, but it's been a really, really great day for me right from the get-go.

Hint: It's not related to my Supervillainous work. In fact, this might slow production on that down to once a week in the future.

I'll have you know "I won the Powerball and will be lazing on a Tropical Beach 6 days a week from now" is NOT a valid reason to reduce my amount of entertainment!

Hope it's all good :)

I'm mixing an epic win with an epic meh with an epic oh fuck.

Epic Win: Just got back from the doctor's office. Treadmill test went perfectly. My heart? Fine. My blood pressure? Down. My bloodwork & urine? Perfect. The doctors all said that had they not seen my chart they would not have believed I was 50.

Epic Meh: So what the fuck happened last Thursday to cause my heart to race, my dizziness, and my light-headedness? No fucking clue. That'll be $900, please.

Epic Oh Fuck: So I get to the doctor today for the stress test. I guess today was "Train the Hot Nurse" day because there were four women in the room with me. All gorgeous. All about 22-25. We laughed for a bit and then they said, "Please take off your shirt." Oh fuck.

Dave: But doctor, I don't have $900. Perhaps we can come up with some kind of ... arrangement [unzips pants]
Dr: NO. Nonono. That's okay. Cash it is.

This will be the strangest Epic Win ever.

I have a Vitamin D deficiency. It may be genetic, but we'll find out. Why is this an epic win? Because now I know what the hell is going on. And it's easily fixed. At the very worst I take a vitamin D3 pill every day. The weight off my shoulders is enormous. I fear it's been having an effect on my mood (*cough* @GasBandit *cough*) and I've just not been myself lately. Tired, irritable, sore, and just generally crappy.

Holy shit am I feeling great now!

So, you finally coming back to play some more with @Squidleybits, @PatrThom and me? It's for your own good, really.....
It's no use, he belongs to WoW now.
Porn has no interest in VR for me, whether it's hot chicks or old gay dudes.
So...just Goat Simulator, then?

As far as the D-ficiency goes, I don't think I've been to a doctor in the last 20 years who hasn't told me my blood level of D is too low and I should supplement it. The same goes for my wife and everyone else I know. The daily minimum is 400IU, but after her physical, our GP recommended Kati supplement her diet with 1000IU in the morning and 1000IU at night. Seems as a species we just don't get as much sunlight as we used to, and also there's some debate about whether the current recommended minimum amount of D doesn't need to be doubled, tripled, or even more. It also doesn't help that so much junk science is being broadcast about D right now, so when you search online, you also get results from the people who think you need rinse out your nose daily with vitamin E oil and stuff.

Hell, I'm already taking 1000IU of D3 every day in my multivitamin.
I'm taking two multivitamins/day.
...but I'm also restricting my food intake, so I need to supplement my supplements (and I made sure these aren't the kind with 8333% of stuff I shouldn't overdo).
