Problem is... it's Arkansas. Rivals Alabama for backwardness. Sanders could literally say "Fuck Arkansas, they're all piece of shit sister-fuckers there anyway, burn its inbred ass to the ground" on national TV and they'll still vote a party GOP ticket.

The only way things might get swayed is if somehow the democrats were able to convince enough Arkansans that Sarah Huckabee SANDERS was somehow connected to BERNIE SANDERS and was a secret double agent working the long con all along.
The Q crowd might actually eat it up.

Arkansas, like most other southern states, used to be Democrat territory. The switch of the parties is complicated, and took decades longer than I would have thought possible.
A lot of it can be traced to the Southern Strategy of 1968, and 400 years of three little words. "F*** you, n-word."

Rudy's only (officially) worth like $45 million. There is NO way he's settling this out of court, he doesn't have the bank for it. His only hope to not end up destititue is to win the case or have it thrown out.

Wow, yeah...
Allegedly she posted a topless photo (possibly more than one) of her 16 year old daughter to her Twitter account. It's unclear if she was hacked, or deliberate, or what.
From what I'm reading, her daughter, Claudia, is saying that her mother stole the photos off her phone.
Claudia has posted repeated videos showing the abusive behavior of her mother, and nothing has been done because rich white people are allowed to abuse their kids.
Claudia has said that he is just as bad as Kellyanne.

She told her daughter "You are fucking lucky I am pro-life." I swear as a parent I almost lost it. I don't care how bad my kids get, I would never imply directly to them that I should have aborted them.
I've advocated for 210th-trimester abortion and the likes many times, as a joke, but saying it seriously to your child is a pretty not-good thing to do.
But wait, isn't posting it illegal even if you're underage, and even if it's your own pics?
Wouldn't that defence being accepted then require charging the daughter?
If you can't "prove" either did it, then nobody would be in trouble, even if a crime was undoubtedly committed.
I don't talk about it much, but my daughter has some serious behavior issues. Issues that are extreme, and have truly made me completely furious. And in my worst rage-filled moments I have never, EVER, considered anything on the same level as posting revenge-porn pics of her to a public space. It's inhuman.
Like blotz said, it's just reasonable doubt. Also, I'm not under the impression at all that these people care about the kid's well being, and would happily throw her under the bus to cover themselves.
Posting it is always illegal, yes. Private exchange of photos appears to depend on the laws in each individual state OR whether the exchange itself crossed any state boundaries (which would make it a federal crime).
