My first instinct is that it's time to turn up the heat on "trump goblin".
Hmm. There are a few combinations here I didn't think to try. And some that confuse me. (Dogwaffle?)
And in the last 25 or so years, I've made it a point to not to use derogatory terms that involve handicap slag, there's a part of me happy to see "Trumptard" going strong.
I actually saved this to my infographics folder when it came out. Never know when it will come in handy.
Also, who says "Shitshit?"

Depending on how the data was gathered, it could include multiple repititions like "shit shit shit shit shit", e.g. what someone says when things have gone very badly.
"Wankclown" definitely needs to have higher usage
