What kind of surprises me is how many Trumpers are now relying on the Supreme Court, but don't know how the Supreme Court works.

They keep saying that Trump is "holding all the evidence" to take to the Supreme Court to overturn the election right before certification, but the Supreme Court does not see cases on it's own. It has to go through lower courts first, get a verdict, and then can be raised to appeals for another verdict, then raised further till it reaches the Supreme Court for the final say on the matter. When all 24 of your attempted lawsuits are thrown out due to lack of evidence, then it's never going to get up to the Supreme Court in the first place.

I don't know why I am surprised though. Alabama now has a Senator that didn't know what the three branches of government are, so this is just our political world now, and I really wish my bubble was working better to keep this all out.

Gritty (the mascot for the Philadelphia Flyers) has somehow been associated with antifa, anarchy, socialism and other leftist causes in internet memes.

Plus, who better to pit against a terrifying orange monster, but a hockey mascot who is also orange?

“What standard of review should I apply?”
“The normal one.”

I am half expecting this to end with Yakety Sax being played from the gallery.
This is exactly why many senior Barristers have a young protege that is given explicit instructions to notify them of when they have lost their mind and are no longer making sense in court; they don’t want to look like Giuliani did today.

Better still, write a letter to themselves for the protégé to deliver. "Sir, you told me I'd know when to give you this. Now is that time."

You should look into them. I suggest starting with Facebook posts or YouTube videos. They are always accurate and give information that everyone else is hiding.

It’s because even though there‘s a mountain of motive and a stream of “coincidences,” there’s still no actual evidence/proof. So it’s still technically conjecture.

The GOP has backed themselves into a huge corner here.

Democrats see them as complicit with Trump's election bullshit, which is galvanizing more opposition. On the other side, "Trumpists" see them as weak for being unable to protect Trump and keep him in power, and they are leaving the party in droves because of that "weakness".

The question now, is how much will this change the runoffs.
