No, I have an MP3 of Sailor Song, too, from back in the day, and the fanfare is an affectation for the video. The album version does not have it.

This reminds me of a girl I knew back in university. She was the most conservative, religious, reserved girl you can imagine, like she was on the verge of joining a nunnery. However, her BBS handle was "Sexbomb". I never dared ask her why she chose that handle.

She moved to Japan after graduation, married a Japanese guy, they have two kids now.
