Nothing is better than sleep when you're genuinely exhausted (as opposed to, like, exhaustion from stress, depression etc). I hope you have a sweet rest tonight!So let's see.
-Biked about 50 km total today. (from Dartmouth to my yoga rock and back)
-Hiked for about 30 minutes.
-Did 10 minutes of yoga this morning and another 20 minutes at my yoga rock
-And swam for a short bit in the lake.
Let's put it this way: on average I burn about 3,000 calories a day (according to my Fitbit). Today, I've burned 6,000 and the day isn't even over yet. That's obviously not an exact science, but you get the idea.
I'm completely exhausted.
