Yep, evident by the fact that he didn't just torch random people, he torched runaway slaves.
looks like they were able to rescue 3 more slaves than V anticipated.

Naw, Elan got Lawful from his dad and Good from his mom
Nale got Evil from his dad, but large elaborate plans that make no sense and a need to declare himself (chaotic?) from his mom.

^ I pretty sure that it was already stated that Elan is CG, and he is a bard, they can't be lawful.
Actually, waay back in the beginning, Nale said he was Lawful Evil.

Nale finds allies, follows plans, and tends towards discipline. He may not be good at being a villain, but he's definitely lawful evil.
Elan doesn't hold himself to any sort of code and is out to make lives better. He's definitely chaotic good.
