@Baerdog: How often do you get to do ominous foreshadowing, though? I wonder if they come in "Dramatic Declaration".

Part of me thinks Tarquin is the mastermind behind all the frequent hostile takeovers in the area, keeping things moving often enough so that nobody targets him as a primary threat.
