Even with this being true, I don't suspect it's in any danger. It's simply too useful a tool for... well, EVERYONE, to go away and the data it gathers is probably valuable in it's own right. They'll ether figure out a way to make money or they'll eat the cost until they can.
My advice for making money? They need to start hiring talent to produce for them... there is no reason guys like EpicRapBattles, Pewdiepie, or RocketJump couldn't be working for Youtube as content makers directly. But instead they are with other management firms, who are getting a cut instead of Youtube. This seems pretty dumb to me.
I had roasted chestnuts tonight...WHY HAVE I NOT DONE THIS BEFORE?! So tasty, though some were undercooked misplacement of heat and all that rot.

I clicked the link, looked at a picture and . . . looked at the comments.
The picture was of a TSA badge indicating that the wearer spoke German. In the comments someone asked why their employees would speak German. At an airport? I can't imagine why.

Starting working on my next book. Another Dill adventure. This one's working title is HOT BLOODED ITALIAN.
It takes place during the winter time, which is not armadillo friendly. As a result, I'm having Dill bundling up to ridiculous extremes:
-A balaclava around his snout.
-Mittens on each tall ear.
-A leg warmer on his tail.
