I'm not sure on the specifics, but I think a lot of corroded metals.

best guess, by the look of the body of what the box is on and the fact its 400 V 3-phase. That looks like a beer fermented tank, best shot is sodium hydroxide(lye) base cleaner and bad sealant point meaning liquid reacting with high voltage electrical current.
