When I first saw this Folgers commercial in the late 2000's, I thought it was creepy--not as creepy as how James McAvoy (as Mr. Tumnus) looks at Georgie Henley (as Lucy Pevensie) in that first Narnia movie. But pretty creepy nonetheless. I guess I'm not the only one who thought so.

I have a heatgun, but I still use a match sometimes, because the flame gets all sides at once.

Direct flame heat can't be easily controlled, and degrades the heatshrink where it's been overheated. Not really a problem for hobbyist stuff, but a big deal when you're doing production or commercial work. But if your heat gun doesn't heat up the entire heatshrink at once, you need an adapter:
