Will buy!
On the one hand, it is just GTA: Modded Edition which doesn't seem worth buying these games again. Or at least not worth buying again on PC. Now the Switch port on the other hand...Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy Remastered
Looks like they're mostly upping the resolution on the graphics and character models. A coat of paint or polish over the original. And I'm okay with that. I hope there's some small quality of life upgrades as well, but I'm okay with it being largely the same as the originals.
As far as remasters go, I much prefer where it's little quality improvements like this rather than massive sweeping changes. It shouldn't be a brand new game like Resident Evil 2 and 3 or Final Fantasy VII. I feel like it should just be upping resolutions and adding quality of life changes.
I love both RE2make and FF7 remake, but I think those are far different than a remaster. D2R is a remaster, and it looks like this GTA is too. Remakes are different things entirely, meant to be entirely new games. Playing RE2make doesn't give you the same experience as the original, you can play both and enjoy both as different games. And for anyone playing ff7 remake I would highly recommend playing ff7 first since it's a stealth sequelGrand Theft Auto: The Trilogy Remastered

I have my suspicions:Why chocolate? I’m not sure. It just kind of came to me.
Looks like the Switch emulation of Ocarina of Time leaves a lot to be desired:

I thought this was gonna be dumb as hell until I saw it in action and now I want to buy a switch for itGrand Theft Auto: The Trilogy Remastered

I'm so sorrybut I live in FL now
I didn't like it either! But I'm just starting Majora's Mask on the 3ds and it's terrific
I guess Intel's new Alder Lake CPUs don't play nice with current Denuvo.
Yeah, they knew it was coming. You can get around it by getting one of the AL chips that's not a hybrid, but where's the fun in that?... the new Alder Lake CPUs are causing issues with apps that specifically make decisions based on CPU architecture (e.g., DRM)
As the City of Heroes community has already proved, you only need one person on the inside (with server access) disgruntled enough with the company to make this happen. If you don't make your MMOs avaiible to the public after the servers go down, people WILL just build a server architecture to support the client and run the game themselves. They either need a peer-to-peer/LAN option or else the server code needs to be placed in escrow for when the company running it either dies or else gets tired of hosting.
